Glassware QC Process
Before shipment, key checks can include appearance, rim condition, size and capacity, lid or accessory fitting, logo position, packing method, and carton mark. Testing support can be arranged based on buyer requirements and product details.
Glass rim check
Check rim smoothness, obvious chips, crack risk, and handling feel.
Size and capacity check
Confirm capacity, diameter, height, and model consistency before packing.
Lid and accessory fitting
Review wood lid, straw, handle, filter, or silicone part fit.
Logo inspection
Check logo position, color, print clarity, and artwork alignment.
Packing inspection
Review inner protection, carton mark, barcode, and export carton method.
Pre-shipment photos
Share sample or shipment photos based on order stage and buyer request.
